How to check your flight status

You can check your flight status in real time:

  • On this website, through the "Flight time updates in real time" section as from the day before your trip,
  • On our mobile and Air France apps, click "Flight updates in real time" as from the day before your trip,
We also advise you to check your flight status before heading to the airport.

How to postpone your travel

According to the commercial measures you may change your reservation online, through the "Manage your reservations" feature or by contacting your point of sales.

If you need assistance to rebook your trip, we invite you to contact our team by phone at 0848 747 100, from 08h00 until 20h00.
This weekend, you can reach us exceptionally on Saturday and on Sunday from 09h00 until 17h30.

How to submit a refund request

According to the commercial measures and if you didn't travel you can clam for a refund of your ticket.

Tickets purchased on www.airfrance.ch,
in an Air France agency, by phone or at the airport

If your ticket was a full flexible ticket (refundable without fee), you can claim for a refund online in the "Manage your reservations" area.
If your ticket was non refundable or refundable with a fee, we invite your to fill this online form .
